Wingfoil School

Within the Wing Foil school of Sea Ride, you will be accompanied by a professional in sports teaching for 20 years and passionate about water sports. Renan has a master's degree in education, trainer, physical trainer, PE teacher, sailing and kitesurfing instructor. Good humor, patience and serenity are these key words. Whether you are a total beginner in sliding sports or a board or kite practitioner, your instructor will be able to adapt his teaching and the course of the lessons.

SeaRide has chosen to accompany you in a school 100% dedicated to wing foil in order to initiate you, to help you progress, to develop your technique and, if you wish, to prepare for the Olympic Games!

In addition, you will learn with equipment specially designed for learning the wing. In partnership with Voga Marine, we have developed wing boards specially designed to make you feel the maximum pleasure of gliding from the first lesson. At SeaRide spirit sea, exit the course on inflatable paddle! And to make you progress as quickly as possible in wingfoil, we always choose the body of water best suited to your progress.



The course of the beginner courses is done in 3 stages and the order may vary depending on the conditions:

Learning how to handle the wing on a board specially designed by Voga Marine to take maximum pleasure. The objective is to be able to slide from the 2 edges (from left to right and from right to left)
Mastery of flight and gliding on a foil while being towed by a boat. The goal is to control your flight over the water by managing the pitch, roll and yaw of the board. If no gliding experience, first learn towed gliding.
Master the combination of skills acquired in steps 1 and 2. Equipped with your Wing foil, the objective will be to master take-off, flight and its direction.
