All the administrative arrangements (signature contract, payment of the balance, payments taxes of stay, entrances, exits, reports of places, etc ..) are managed and organized, without any additional price, by the Agency 'VIEW SEA' of La captures.
The agency is at your disposal, without any additional cost, for the duration of your stay.
Tourist taxes (0.99 € / day / adult (Free for children under 18 years old).
The cleaning (50,00 €) and the expenses of file (12,00 €) are invoiced for the stay.
The deposit of 800,00 € is not debited on your arrival, it is returned to you at the end of the stay (If no damage).
Rentals are from "Saturday to Saturday" full week, no possibilities to grant rentals in nights or weeks incomplete or "riding on two weeks".
Only Mid-Week can be possibly accepted as specified below.
'Midweek' only with the approval of the owner for the off-season months, excluding school holidays and holidays with arrival on Wednesday or Thursday and departure on Saturday noon.
