Immersion in Domaine de la Marseillaise

We offer you a two night stay in a charming wine estate in La Crau. You will discover the wine making process and participate to a cooking workshop. In the evening, you will attend to wine and music association in the former cellars.

We will welcome you on arrival at Toulon-Hyères airport or Toulon train station (15 minutes by car from the estate). Once at the estate, you will visit the vineyard and the cellar. You will dine with local products from organic farming. The next day, you will take a walk in the vineyard where you will discover the vegetative cycle. Lunch will be cooked on barbecue in the old pond of the estate. Then you will discover the history and method of biodynamics that we practice at Domaine de la Marseillaise. In the evening, you will attend to a wine and music association in the former cellars. For your last day, you will concoct two or three courses with wine as part of a food and wine pairing. For lunch, you will taste the dishes you have prepared. You will leave for your destination in the afternoon.
