It is a place to recharge your batteries, pleasant to live in the countryside, 5 minutes from the beaches and shops.
Large living room opening onto a south-facing outdoor terrace. The terrace is shaded by large parasols and pretty trees.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Sleeps 10, 1 office area-TV, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, 2 toilets.
It is a family house, ideal for a large or 2 families but also for couples of friends. With its thick stone walls and trees to the south, the house stays very cool all summer long.
It is air-conditioned on the 1st and 2nd floor. The south-facing terrace is also shaded to take full advantage of its exterior.
The house is on three levels: living rooms on the ground floor and bedrooms on the 1st floor (3) and in the attic (2), two of which are air-conditioned, as well as the office space which refreshes the 1st and 2nd floors.
Facilities of the house: secure parking within the property, possibility to park 2 vehicles, free Wifi internet, swimming pool, outdoor barbecue and plancha.
Accommodation accessible to tenants in its entirety, private and secure swimming pool.
The accommodation is located in a rural setting yet only a few kilometres from the centre of Hyères and the beaches.
