Hyeres’s tourist Office’s website processes personal data concerning you (hereinafter ‘Personal Data’) in connection with the use of this website (hereinafter ‘Site’).

As the data manager, we respect your private life and we protect the Personal Data of those who use our Site.

Security and confidentiality of Personal Data

We consider your Personal Data to be confidential.

We endeavour to take reasonable technical measures to prevent possible loss or misappropriation regarding the collection or storage of the data that you have provided us with, and to prevent any communication to unauthorised third-parties.

However, despite these measures, the internet is an open system and we are unable to guarantee that unauthorised third-parties will not bypass said measures or used your Personal Data for illegitimate purposes. Consequently, Hyeres’s tourist Office’s website will not be held responsible for any fraudulent recovery of your Data, for whatever purpose that may be.

The information gathered from this form is transmitted to the service responsible for managing comments on Hyeres’s tourist Office’s website. Your rights

In accordance with the applicable laws in terms of protection of Personal Data, in particularly, you have the right to access, rectify or remove data concerning you and the right to obtain a copy of the Personal Data which we hold in a structured electronic format (portability).

Storage of data

We will only keep your Personal Data for a period that is required by and proportionate to its usage. The maximum time period is 3 years from the last exchange you initiated with us.

After the said time periods, your data will be anonymized for statistical or purely suppressed.
