A beautiful bay window with sea view gives you access to a beautiful wooden terrace of 25m² which includes an outside shower.
The access to the sea is direct. The coastal path passes in front of the house and leads you to beautiful creeks and islands in the western part of the Giens Peninsula.
Less than 200 metres away you will find the small port of La Madrague where the fisherman offers morning fishing every day. Also a diving club, a grocery shop, a restaurant, a snack bar, the possibility to rent kayaks, motor boats with or without a licence, all this in a village atmosphere and non seaside.
2.5kms away is the village of Giens where you will find a bank and a church in addition to the small shops present.
The landing stage that will take you to the island of Porquerolles is 4kms away.
A holiday by the water in summer and winter and in less than 15 minutes by car you will find all the cultural and sporting activities you desire.
And if you feel like visiting Saint-Tropez, you will only have to drive 60kms through the magnificent Môle valley.
