A feeling of escape when waking up with this sea view, you will have breakfast on the terrace in the sun, where you will be tempted by all the activities: paddle, swimming, ping-pong, cycling, coastal path, (boat, sky nautical, windsurfing, wake...), or even lying on a deckchair or sitting on the armchairs where you will recharge your batteries!
You will escape during dinner or an aperitif on the terrace overlooking the sea with a breathtaking and heavenly view of the sunset over the harbor of Toulon and Saint Mandrier.
A remarkable location depending on the wind you will find an East or West beach for shelter and swimming.
Five minutes from Bergerie beach and Badine by car or bike. These beaches stretch along the eastern tombolo, the shallow waters allow easy and safe swimming facing the Golden Islands. Ideal for swimming because the funds are shallow for 200 to 300 meters.
Five minutes from Almanarre beach. This 5 km long beach is located along the West tombolo. Recognized kitesurfer spot on the French Riviera. An area exclusively reserved for kitesurfing. A school next to our villa, where you can take beginner, advanced lessons or simply a wake trip. This school also offers first-time diving, snorkeling and yoga classes!
We provide you with two paddle boards, but next to our villa, you can rent a canoe, pedal boat, paddle, or go for a kayak hike.
Discover the Golden Islands, three pearls of beauty: Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant.
Boarding five minutes by car at the fondue tower for a 15-minute crossing. You can also rent or come with a boat, enjoy all these beautiful coves of the Presqu’île and the beaches of Porquerolles.
For hiking lovers, the coastal path offers you 18 km of hiking where before your eyes you will see islets, coves, beaches and small ports.
And finally you will explore the town of Hyères, its heritage, cultural and natural treasures. You wander through the old town and its lanes of artisanal product stalls.
