To guide you on your quest for fresh, local and seasonal products, we recommend the Farmers’ Market taking place every Tuesday morning on the Clémenceau Square.

Whether you choose to shop at the market or to buy products from local delis, you will encounter a wide selection of delicious local products to be eaten straight away or brought back home for a delayed taste of your southern holidays: olive oil, basil, thyme, rosemary, olives, fresh fruits and vegetables

 

Cook like a chef

How do I cook with olive oil? Which vegetables work best with a capon? How should I thread a red mullet?

Whether you are a chef in the making or a curious foodie, professional chefs from local restaurants will share their cooking expertise, providing you with fresh and original ideas for new recipes. Half or full day cooking classes and workshops are available for booking.

Pascal Bonamy, the head chef of this gourmet restaurant offers cooking classes every Saturday morning. A la carte classes may also be organised.

Yacht Provision Catering

Professional chef Stéphane Mazzolo organises cooking classes for up to six people per class. In the morning class (10.30-12.30), you will cook three courses, and then enjoy a relaxed meal together. On Wednesday afternoons Stéphane holds an entertaining and pedagogic children’s cooking workshop.
